Actor portrayals.
40% of people taking RYBREVANT® had their tumors shrink or disappear. Tumors shrunk in 36% of people, while they disappeared in 4% of people.
Of the people whose cancer responded to treatment, half were still responding at 11.1 months. This result lasted for 6 months or longer for 63% of these people.
What do these results mean if you've been prescribed RYBREVANT FASPRO™ instead of RYBREVANT®?
Whether you get your medicine as a RYBREVANT FASPRO™ injection or RYBREVANT® infusion, both ways are similarly helpful in treating your cancer.
Where did these results come from?
RYBREVANT® was studied in a clinical trial of 81 people who received just RYBREVANT® as their second treatment for advanced NSCLC with EGFR exon 20 insertion mutations. They started RYBREVANT® when their disease got worse during or after their first treatment with platinum-based chemotherapy.
*When tumors shrink, they are measurably smaller but they can still be seen on scans by your doctor. And even if a tumor disappears, it does not necessarily mean the cancer has been cured.
EGFR+, mutated epidermal growth factor receptor; NSCLC, non–small cell lung cancer.
