RYBREVANT FASPRO™ offers once-a-month
or twice-a-month
dosing options.

You have the option to receive RYBREVANT FASPRO™ just once each month after the first 4 injections, which are given weekly.

RYBREVANT® offers twice-a-month
dosing options.

How you'll get the injections

You’ll be given injections by your healthcare provider at your doctor's office.

Your care team will also give you additional medications and take time to make sure you’re doing well before you leave your visit.

Taking RYBREVANT
FASPRO™ with LAZCLUZE®

On days you get your RYBREVANT FASPRO injections, be sure to take LAZCLUZE® ahead of time.

Additional medications

  • Before each RYBREVANT FASPRO™ injection, your doctor will give you medicines—such as allergy medicine, medicine to reduce fever, and a steroid—to help lower the risk of certain side effects
  • They may also prescribe oral and/or topical antibiotics to reduce the risk of skin-related side effects. Learn more about additional at-home care tips to help protect your skin during treatment
  • Your doctor will also start you on medicine to prevent blood clots for the first 4 months of treatment

RYBREVANT FASPRO™ offers 2 dosing options to suit your schedule

Weeks 1-4

  • When you start treatment, you will get 1 injection each week for 4 weeks
  • Injections will be given over the course of ~5 minutes (this is how long the injection takes; total time of care team visit varies)

Week 5 and on

  • If your doctor recommends a once-a-month dosing plan: Starting on Week 5 and moving forward, you’ll get 2 injections (given over the course of ~5 minutes each) during your once-monthly visit
OR
  • If your doctor recommends a twice-a-month dosing plan: Starting on Week 5 and moving forward, you’ll get 1 injection (given over the course of ~5 minutes) every 2 weeks
  • Your doctor will monitor your progress and adjust treatment accordingly until disease progression or unacceptable toxicity

RYBREVANT® is an infusion given into your vein through an intravenous (IV) line

LAZCLUZE® is a 240-mg once-a-day pill

You can take at home or

On your own schedule

With or without food

Take LAZCLUZE® exactly as your doctor tells you

  • Swallow the LAZCLUZE® pill whole. Do not crush, cut, or chew the pill
  • If you miss a pill and it has been less than 12 hours, take the missed pill. If it has been more than 12 hours, skip the pill and take your next pill at your regularly scheduled time
  • If you vomit a dose of LAZCLUZE®, do not take an extra dose. Take your next dose at your regularly scheduled time
  • On the days you get a RYBREVANT FASPRO™ injection or RYBREVANT® infusion, be sure to take LAZCLUZE® before your injection or infusion
